Strawbérry Bonbon Icé Créam

- 14 ouncés of strawberries, chopped
- 1 box of 14 ouncés of sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup héavy cream
- 17 ouncés semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions*
- In a blendér, combine the strawberries, condensed milk and cream. Put aside.
- Melt thé chocolate in a bain marie.
- Cover thé bottom of the candy molds with a layer of melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Pour a layér of strawberry cream over the chocolate and return to the freezer for 4 hours.
- Covér with another layer of melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
