Strawbérry Bonbon Icé Créam


Ingrediénts

  • 14 ouncés of strawberries, chopped
  • 1 box of 14 ouncés of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup héavy cream
  • 17 ouncés semi-sweet chocolate, chopped


Instructions*

  • In a blendér, combine the strawberries, condensed milk and cream. Put aside.
  • Melt thé chocolate in a bain marie.
  • Cover thé bottom of the candy molds with a layer of melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Pour a layér of strawberry cream over the chocolate and return to the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Covér with another layer of melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
